Job summary

Jutze Interconnect Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Executive in Malaysia. You will report to the Human Resource Director and coordinate recruitment for direct and indirect labour as well as foreign workers, manage job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding documents.

You will liaise with agencies, portals, and institutions, handle work permits and immigration matters, and maintain accurate records. Fresh graduates with strong bilingual skills (English & Malay) are encouraged to apply,

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM/Business Administration or related field is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
• Fresh graduates may apply with strong language skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Basic knowledge of the Employment Act 1955.
• Willingness to learn all HR duties under guidance.
• Understanding of RBA and BSCI audits is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities for Direct Labour, Indirect Labour, and foreign workers based on approved manpower requirements.
• Assist with job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangements, candidate follow-up, and preparation of employment documents.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies, job portals, educational institutions, and other sources to support hiring needs.
• Coordinate work permit, employment pass, renewal, cancellation, and other immigration-related matters with authorities.
• Prepare and maintain immigration documents and monitor passport, visa, and permit validity and expiry.
• Coordinate FOMEMA medical examinations and assist foreign workers and expatriates with onboarding.
• Coordinate employee transfer, repatriation, permit cancellation and exit procedures with accurate records.
• Undertake other HR projects and duties as assigned by the HR Director/Management.

Job description

Coordinate work permit, PVP, employment pass, renewal, cancellation, and other immigration-related matters with relevant authorities and agencies.

Prepare and maintain required immigration documents and monitor the validity and expiry of passports, visas, permits and employment pass.

Coordinate FOMEMA medical examinations and assist foreign workers and expatriates with on boarding.

Coordinate employee transfer, repatriation, permit cancellation and exit procedures, while maintaining accurate records.

Undertake other HR related projects, tasks, and duties as assigned by the HR Director, or Management.

Requirements:

At least Degree a in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, only if you have very Good communication and interpersonal skillsin both English & Malay. Those who struggle in these 2 languages NEED NOT apply

Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Able to learn & perform all HR duties as guided by the HR Director.

Candidates who have some understanding of RBA and BSCI Social Compliance Audits would have a distinct advantage.
