Job summary

FSD SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment, payroll, and HR administration at our Melaka manufacturing site.

You will implement policies, handle records, attendance, and staff development, while ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws and company rules. Prior experience in a manufacturing HR environment, good Mandarin/English/Malay communication, and proficiency in MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, shortlisting, recruitment, interview arrangement and onboarding
• Handle employee records, attendance and leave management
• Incharge of payroll systems, final closing of payroll till statutory government
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs
• Support in organizing staff training, engagement activities and HR related events
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian laws and company policies
• Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues
• Perform ad hoc task
• Liase with the Government authority
• Any other jobs or assigned by Superior, Manager and Company
