Job summary

Lee Ting San Lorry Transport Sdn Bhd (Lee Ting San Group) is seeking a Human Resources Executive to assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and compensation & benefits.

This role also covers payroll processing, statutory contributions, documentation, training coordination, and records management to support organisational goals in Penang.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law/Employment Act will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form good teamwork and a positive work attitude
• Required language(s): English, BM

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, compensation & benefits.
• Manage staff payroll and incentives and ensure all payroll activities and results are compliant with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly report.
• Coordinate the processing of all necessary HR related documentation.
• Perform monthly statutory contribution.
• Conduct employee orientation and assist in recruitment activities.
• Update and maintain accurate personnel records and proper filing system.
• Assist in planning and implementing training and development activities.
• Undertake other duties as required by management including supporting related administrative function.
