Job summary

BestWeb Technologies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an organised HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR administration. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and assist with payroll-related data.

You will also organise employee events, maintain records, monitor attendance, and support benefits. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong MS Office skills and confidence working with staff at all levels are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant HR or recruitment experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in interacting with candidates and employees.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
