Job summary

Novax Solution is seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage full-spectrum HR operations, recruitment, engagement, and office administration in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support growth and ensure compliance.

Expect performance-based growth, flexible working hours, and a startup culture. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive HR initiatives, training, and events while handling vendor and pantry management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of HR experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Experience in event organization and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to AI tools and HR automation platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, administration, and compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and track KPIs.
• Organize employee engagement activities and support office administration.
• Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment status, and training records.
