Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior HR & Admin Executive / HR Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across the organisation, including recruitment, payroll, attendance, compliance and employee relations.

You will drive performance management, policy development, training, engagement activities and efficient administration, liaising with government authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth people operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, attendance and records.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, statutory obligations and compliance.
• Ability to handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, payroll, attendance and leave administration.
• handles statutory contributions and government submissions, and liaises with authorities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, performance management and training programs.
• Maintain HR records, compile regular HR reports and support management with workforce planning.
