Job summary

IPH Limited in Malaysia is seeking an HR Executive/Coordinator to join a regional team, driving HR operations, compensation & benefits processing, and Learning & Development.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, intranet updates, and employee handbook revisions, plus support medical insurance enrolment and HR projects. A Bachelor's or Diploma in HR with related experience is required; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years in HR, or Diploma with 3–5 years in full HR cycle.
• Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and communication.
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities such as pre-screening and interview coordination.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, regional orientation, contracts, intranet, updating Employee Handbook, and offboarding.
• Process enrolment of staff into Medical Insurance.
• Support reviews of Compensation and Benefits and rewards structures.
• Assist HR projects such as policy updates and rollout of new schemes.
