Ipoh Swimming Club is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding for staff. You will monitor payroll processing, attendance, and maintain confidential employee records while serving as a bridge between management and staff on grievances and engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR, with 2–3 years in HR operations, strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from filtering resumes to managing the onboarding and off-boarding process for new staff.
Monitoring of payroll processing, employee attendance records and maintain confidential employee data.
Serve as a bridge between staff and management, handling grievance mechanisms and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide periodical review on staff performance and recommend development and training on work related enhancement.
Ensure club HR practices comply with Malaysian Employment Acts, manage disciplinary matters and update internal HR policies.
A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in H.R. Management or related discipline.
Preferably 2 to 3 years related working experience in HR operations.
Sound knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR payroll software.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to speak local dialect is a plus).
