Job summary

Wheelcorp Premium Sdn Bhd, a 4S dealership serving BMW and MINI vehicles in Selangor, seeks an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee HR policies, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. You will ensure lawful practices, build an engaged workforce, and minimize operational risk.

Responsibilities include issuing HR documentation, daily HR/Admin operations, and supporting business development to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the HR field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Labour Law and local HR practices is required.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legitimate practices and compliance.
• Cover recruitment, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
• Issue all documentation related to HR matters.
• Manage daily HR and Admin operations.
• Support business development to maintain and increase customer base.

Job description

Implement HR policies and procedures, practices and programs to ensure legitimate practices, to build a capable and engaged workforce, and to minimise related operational risk

Covering full spectrum of HR function such as recruitment, performance management,payroll, compensation and benefit, training, industrial relations and employee relations

Responsible for issuing all documentations related to HR matters

Responsible for daily operations in HR and Admin Department

Manage and support Business Development of the company in maintaining and increasing customer base.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Good leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Result-oriented, tenacious and able to handle stressful situations and complete assignments within short notice.

Good presentation and effective communication skills.

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Knowledgable in Labor Law and all local HR practices

Preference is given to candidates with experience in the automobile industry.

Preferably Managers specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Willing to work in Setia Alam, Shah Alam vicinity with own transport.
