Job summary

SONIC HUB SDN BHD in Shah Alam, Selangor, invites applications for an HR & Compliance Executive to join our warehousing and distribution operations. This full-time role focuses on HR administration, regulatory compliance, and KPI reporting to management.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in HR, Admin, or Compliance with 2–5 years of HR/compliance experience; experience with GDP is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, and a collaborative, compliant mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Compliance or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant HR/compliance experience.
• Experience with warehouse compliance/GDP is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR administration including staff records, attendance, leave, recruitment and employee matters.
• Manage foreign worker documentation, including passports, and calculate salary and overtimes.
• Manage and monitor warehouse licenses, permits and certifications, including GDP compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, audits and follow-up on compliance issues.
• Monitor and maintain HR and compliance documentation and expiry dates.
• Monitor staff KPI and performance, prepare reports and follow up on performance issues.
• Ensure staff comply with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities, agencies and service providers when required.
• Prepare regular HR, compliance and KPI reports for management.
• Has to be strict and compliant when reporting to directors.
• Ensure compliance of companies policies and standards set forth.

About the role
SONIC HUB SDN BHD is seeking an HR & Compliance Executive to join our growing team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of human resources management and regulatory compliance across our warehousing, storage and distribution operations.
