Job summary

DP World Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Human Resource & Admin Executive to be based in Johor Bahru. The role covers full HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and coordinating with the Singapore HR team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HRM/BA and 2–3 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and experience with payroll systems being an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Manage employee life-cycle, relations, performance, development and engagement.
• Handle payroll processing and statutory contributions accurately and timely.
• Prepare HR letters (offers, confirmations, increments, warnings, resignations).
• Maintain employee records and benefits administration (leave, medical, etc.).
• Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
