Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail, F&B, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manpower levels across 30 outlets and deploy backup staff as needed.
• Oversee foreign worker management including permits, accommodation, and compliance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for staff, handling grievances and morale.
• Manage mass recruitment for frontline Retail Associates.
• Coordinate with outsourcing agencies and government bodies to maintain compliance.
