Job summary

K11 Century Sdn Bhd is hiring an HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and disciplinary matters for multiple outlets in Malaysia. The role requires independent HR operations with strict confidentiality and support for management and outlet teams.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in HR or related field, with 1–2 years HR experience preferred; fresh graduates with HR knowledge may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience preferred, fresh grads considered.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment process: ads, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment progress across outlets and departments.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, punctuality, and work schedules.
• Coordinate staff rosters and manpower planning with Outlet Managers.
• Track probation/confirmation and assessments due dates.
• Support salary reviews, payroll data and employee claims.
