1. Recruitment Support

• Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding documentation

2. Employee Records & Administration

• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
• Handle filing, documentation, and HR administrative tasks

3. Payroll Assistance

• Assist in preparing payroll data (attendance, leave, overtime).
• Ensure accuracy of payroll-related documentation.

4. Employee Relations Support

• Handle basic HR enquiries from employees
• Assist with documentation for HR-related matters
