Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to manage daily HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records in Butterworth. Fresh graduates are welcome, with on-the-job training provided to equip you with essential HR processes.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR reporting, while upholding confidentiality and compliance with local laws. A collaborative team environment and opportunities to learn HR systems are offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Liaise with relevant departments and external parties on HR-related matters.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned by management.
