Job summary

myNEWS Holding Berhad is hiring a Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations across Malaysia. You will manage employee records, register and deactivate staff in systems, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely processing of foreign worker visas.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/HR, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and own transport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, HR Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience handling foreign worker and expatriate permits and visas.

Responsibilities

• Manage starter kits and distribute to operations, warehouse, FPC & HQ for uniforms in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Operation Coordinator to ensure timely requests.
• Compile and prepare monthly reports from databases (Uniform Stock, Attendance, Medical, etc).
• Deactivate and register employees in various systems (Medical, Attendance) to keep information accurate and up to date.
• Assist in adhoc tasks assigned by Superior.
