Job summary

myNEWS Holding Berhad is a leading retailer with over 400 stores in Malaysia, operating brands like myNEWS.com and WHSmith. We seek an Administration Executive to support pricing, recipe data entry, and general office tasks within a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves coordinating with R&D, procurement, and other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience and demonstrate a strong multi-skill capability in Excel.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of related experience.
• Multiskill in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Update latest price in system for any price increase or decrease.
• Update and register latest recipes in the system; update data plan.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the superior that align with KPI.
