Job summary

myNEWS Holding Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an energetic IT support professional to deliver first-level support for IT applications, diagnose issues, and assist users.

You will develop, maintain and test applications, conduct user training, document processes, and ensure projects are completed on time through proactive follow-up and clear communication. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This permanent full-time role offers growth within a retail technology environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in an IT application support environment will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduate/ Entry level candidates are encouraged.
• Knowledge in MSSQL/HTML/CSS/.
• Net is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills, detail oriented, possess initiative, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
