RESPONSIBILITIES
Trustworthy, reliable with high level of confidentiality. Asssit with day-to-day operation of the HR funcitons and duties
Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, assist in sourcing candidates, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts and aligned with local regulations, company policies and procedures
Coordinate and assist the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Manage work pass applications including monitoring expiry dates of passport/ work permits, FOMEMA check up, hostel management, transportation, etc. Compile, update and manage employee records
Processing payroll and benefits administration Preparation of statutory requirement based on Employment Act 1955. Maintain personnel annual leave records, salary records, absenteeism and disciplinary records
Responsible for matters pertaining to statutory contributions and requirements
Responsible for administration matters such as monthly beverages for pantry, stationeries, water dispensers, utilities bills monitoring, etc Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCES AND REQUIREMENTS
