Job summary

Safran Landing Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a data-driven HR professional to help optimize recruitment processes and platforms. You will measure adoption, track lead times, and support talent development programs and employer branding initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, adaptability, and excellent communication to coordinate across stakeholders. A relevant degree and proficiency in Excel VBA and Power BI are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, data science, business analytics or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to derive insights.
• Adaptability and versatility; able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel including VBA and data visualization with Power BI.
• Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, etc.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment activities and processes.
• Measure adoption of the improved recruitment process.
• Track recruitment lead time before and after improvements.
• Study the effectiveness of the current recruitment platform.
• Explore effective/new platforms to improve talent sourcing.
• Assist in implementation phase inclusive of program activities and coordination.
• Assist in content creation for Employer Branding and Employee Engagement; track participation and feedback.
• Support HR projects and initiatives; adhere to Safety, Health, Environmental, and Energy policies.
