Job summary

RSPO is seeking an Assistant Manager, HR Data & Analytics in Kuala Lumpur to turn HR data into meaningful insights that support workforce planning, cost management and business decisions. You will lead HR reporting and dashboard automation, manpower and labour cost forecasting, HRMS improvements, and data governance.

The location of this role is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role requires 4–6 years in HR analytics or HRIS, a bachelor’s degree, and advanced Excel with Power BI/Power Query.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in HR analytics, HRMS, workforce planning, HR reporting or related HR services.
• Advanced Excel, with knowledge of Power Query, Power BI or similar tools.
• Sound understanding of multi-country benefits and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive HR dashboards and management reports covering key people metrics.
• Automate data collection and consolidation from HR trackers into standardized dashboards, reducing manual reporting.
• Establish simple data standards and validation processes to improve data quality and consistency.
• Provide monthly workforce and manpower insights to support management decisions.
• Maintain a central reference of multi-country benefits and statutory requirements to support workforce planning and staff cost forecasting.
