Job summary

Clarks in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) seeks an HRIS Analyst Lead to manage the successful execution, maintenance, and improvement of HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and third-party integrations related to HR data and analytics.

You will collaborate with HR Operations to identify improvement opportunities, lead rollout of changes, report key indicators, and provide support across Workforce Management, Organization Management, Roles and Authorization, and Talent Management systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HR applications maintenance.
• Knowledge of HRIS and analytics concepts.
• Experience communicating recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Operations Delivery to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead implementation and rollout of process improvements in collaboration with team members.
• Report key indicators to measure impact of process improvements.
• Document and communicate process updates to users across the organization.
• Develop data and performance parameters with continuous improvement teams.
• Provide HRIS training and support to HR users.
