Job summary

MISC Group, a leading maritime and energy logistics company in Malaysia, seeks an experienced HR professional to drive analytics, planning, and governance across workforce strategies.

The role focuses on analysing workforce data, developing management reports, supporting budgeting cycles, and aligning job management with the organisational structure to enhance effectiveness and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant HR experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Professional certification in HR, analytics, job evaluation, organisation development, or project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, coordination, and governance support in HR strategy, manpower planning, job management, organisation structure, HR analytics, learning and development, and HR governance.
• Analyse workforce data to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
• Prepare HR dashboards, scorecards, reports, and management papers for HR leadership and governance.
• Support annual manpower planning, budgeting, and position database maintenance.
• Coordinate Job Description development, job evaluation, and organisation structure changes.
• Assist in ensuring governance and accuracy of HR information and processes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Business Units, and Finance to analyse HR data.
• Assist in continuous improvement of HR reporting and analytics processes.
