Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Management.
5–8 years of full-spectrum HR & Administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations, Act 446 and Immigration requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower requisition, job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
Coordinate employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation and termination processes.
Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters, including investigations, counselling, show cause and warning letters.
Support payroll preparation, attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, claims and statutory submissions.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
