Job summary

Len Woh Sdn Bhd in Seremban is seeking an HR Payroll Officer to support day-to-day HR operations at our Seremban branch. You will process monthly payroll, maintain employee records, and assist with attendance, KPI submissions, and statutory contributions.

The ideal candidate has an HR qualification (SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in HR Management), at least 2 years of payroll experience, and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in HR Management required.
• Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• At least 2 years related working experience in HR/ payroll.
• Experience in monthly payroll processing.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Payroll System.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day efficient operation of HR.
• Process payroll using payroll system and ensure timely payroll completion.
• Maintain and update employee records in files and payroll system.
• Check attendance, leave records and KPI submissions.
• Prepare monthly payroll summary, payslips and EA Form.
• Generate timely statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB).
• Assist with foreign worker work permit applications, renewals and terminations.
• Organize interviews and selection events.
• Prepare correspondence letters to employees.
• Track performance reports and calculate commissions.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
