Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR administration or similar support experience.
• Proficient with HR management systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
• Handle recruitment tasks: job postings, screening, scheduling, communication.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures and orientation materials.
• Support payroll, benefits, leave management, and employee inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for internal/regulatory use.
• Coordinate training, team events and engagement activities.
• Provide admin support and respond to HR policy queries.
• Assist with compliance and audit requirements related to employment law.
• Maintain HR-related office supplies and resources.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements.
