Responsibilities

• Check and update employee attendance and overtime record
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave records
• Manage full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and other HR-related documents
• Assist in employee benefits and statutory matters
• Manage the training development of staff and source for relevant training materials
• Support daily administrative tasks and data entry
• Support for Foreign Workers renewal working permit matters and employee welfare
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager
