Lee Heng High Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Administration Officer to support daily HR operations and admin tasks at our Johor production facility. You will liaise with government agencies, manage employee records, and oversee workplace organization to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Based in Skudai, you will coordinate onboarding, attendance, leave, contracts and file maintenance, while providing administrative support to management.

Responsabilités

• Deal with government sectors including JKKP, MITI, MIDA, DOSH, BOMBA, MBIP, JPJ, SAJ and TNB
• Coordinate employee access cards, uniforms, lockers, transportation, accommodation and other workforce-readiness requirements
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, personnel files and HR databases
• To manage the overall 5'S system on the public area of the premises by routine timetable arrangement
• Provide administrative support to the management and daily office operations
