Trust Recruit is seeking a senior HR & Administration leader to guide HR and admin functions across the organization. You will develop policies, drive recruitment and succession planning, and manage onboarding, performance, and development initiatives.
You will oversee payroll, employee relations, and statutory compliance including immigration matters for 300+ employees, while advising management on workforce planning and engagement initiatives.
Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions across the organization.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
Drive manpower planning, recruitment, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
Oversee employee onboarding, performance management, training and development initiatives.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, and termination processes.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and all statutory requirements.
Oversee payroll administration, compensation & benefits, leave management, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Handle immigration compliance, employment passes, work permits and foreign worker management.
Advise Management on HR strategies, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare and analyse HR reports, budgets, manpower costs, and workforce metrics for Management review.
Manage and review business agreements, tenancy agreements, and coordinate with legal advisors when required.
Oversee office administration, facilities management, office maintenance, and security of company premises.
Ensure proper management of company documentation, contracts, records, correspondence, and filing systems.
Supervise Front Desk operations, visitor management, courier services, and company events.
Oversee company vehicle administration, including Road Tax and Insurance renewals.
Manage documentation, bills, maintenance matters, and financial records related to company and designated properties.
Lead and mentor the HR & Administration team to achieve departmental objectives.
Undertake any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of working experience of HR & Administration experience, managerial or senior managerial position.
Preferable familiar with Worksy HRMS, Dingtalk, Monday.com, and ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must have experience handling HR and administration for at least 300 employees and above.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations, payroll administration, and statutory compliance.
Experience in handling foreign worker management, immigration matters, and employment pass applications.
Proven leadership experience in managing HR operations and administration functions independently.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience in policy development, organizational development, and change management will be an added advantage.
