We seek an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment, payroll processing, employee records, and compliance with Malaysian laws. The role reports directly to the General Manager and offers a path toward a managerial position. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of HR experience, familiarity with SQL Payroll, and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to support a growing

Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment process from job ads to onboarding.
• Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation programs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities, agencies, and external parties.
• Monitor compliance with Malaysian employment law, labour and safety regulations.
• Establish and lead the HR & Admin team and supervise staff.
• Provide HR advice and administrative support to the General Manager.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced HR professional to join our team on a full-time basis at our facility in Klang, Selangor.

We welcome applications from HR Executives or Senior HR Executives who are ready to take the next step in their careers and advance into a managerial role.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish and lead our HR & Admin team, supervise junior staff, and oversee the company's human resources and administrative functions.

This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the full recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.

Payroll and Compensation: Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation programmes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Hands-on experience with SQL Payroll is an advantage.

Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

External Liaison: Liaise with relevant government authorities, statutory bodies, employment agencies, and other external parties as required.

Employment Law Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, labour regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and other applicable legislation.

HR & Admin Management: Establish and lead the HR & Admin team, supervise junior staff, and ensure the smooth operation of daily HR and administrative activities.

Management Support: Work closely with the General Manager to provide HR advice, administrative support, and assistance with employee-related matters.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar operational environment.

Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, labour regulations, and statutory requirements.

The role requires close communication and support for the General Manager from China.

Practical experience in payroll processing and familiarity with SQL Payroll will be an advantage.

Strong communication, organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and lead a team.
