Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR & Admin Internship Trainee (Training) in Batu Kawan, Penang. The role supports organizing training programs for employees and maintaining ISO-compliant records.

You will monitor training activities, evaluate delivery modes, schedule classes, and coordinate with trainers. The internship requires basic computer skills and a willingness to travel within Batu Kawan and Penang Island. Transport ownership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holds a Bachelor's Degree in HRM or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and basic knowledge of training.
• Able to work with minimum supervision, independent, initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing training programs for employees.
• Record training activities and ensure ISO requirements are followed.
• Monitor, evaluate or record training program effectiveness.
• Evaluate modes of training delivery (in-person/virtual) for cost and environmental impact.
• Schedule classes based on classroom, equipment, and instructor availability.
• Coordinate training with internal and external trainers to ensure implementation.
• Maintain documentation filing system and training data accuracy.
• Comply with ISO requirements and company SOPs, policies and guidelines.
