Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management in Malaysia is seeking an HR Generalist to manage employee records, attendance, leave and related HR matters while supporting daily HR & admin operations.

You will liaise with employees and management, handle confidential information, and assist with other HR tasks. A Diploma in HR or Business Admin and at least two years in HR/payroll is required; Mandarin is an advantage; position based in Taman Ekoperniagaan, JB (Kempas area).

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR and payroll experience.
• Understanding of payroll and HR processes.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
