Job summary

SIW Manufacturing SDN. BHD. is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Executive to efficiently handle HR administration, payroll processing, onboarding, and records management across manufacturing sites.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and timely support for business operations. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing, with strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Admin or Management.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR administration duties including Letters of Offer, Employment Agreements, and Employee Exits within set time frames.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, including statutory payments and reporting.
• Conduct onboarding and probation management to ensure quick integration of new hires.
• Maintain HR records and payroll documents ensuring data integrity.
• Support training, performance management, and remuneration/rewards initiatives.
• Address workplace relations issues such as complaints and grievances with discretion.
• Provide timely HR guidance to business units within the group.
