Job summary

ENG IBS MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior HR & Admin Executive to oversee the HR department, design policies, and drive recruitment and payroll compliance. The role requires familiarity with ATS and payroll software to ensure data protection and efficient HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR experience, strong communication, and a track record in building a compliant, productive HR function within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate with accounting & HR Administration experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
