Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a responsible and motivated HR & Admin Executive to support the team with HR and general administrative duties. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field and solid communication skills.

You should be proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, and be well-organised, independent, with prior HR/Admin experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised, responsible and able to work independently.
