3. Proven experience in developing and optimizing HR policies and procedures, capable of driving systematic HR management
4. Strong employee relations management skills, able to effectively handle employee issues and labor disputes
5. Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, HR policies, and local employment regulations.
6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis management abilities.
7. Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex HR challenges.
8. Fluent in both Mandarin and English; proficiency in Malay is a plus. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
9. Previous experience in HR and administration within a startup environment is an advantage.
