Job summary

Talent Recruit in Shah Alam is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive for a manufacturing company. You will handle HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and compliance with the Employment Act 1955.

Must have a diploma or degree in HR with at least 3 years in manufacturing, strong MS Office, SAP and SAP SuccessFactors familiarity is a plus, and Mandarin communication is required. Work hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, salary RM3,000–RM4,500 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources.
• 3+ years in HR roles within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and statutory requirements.
• Mandarin communication is required.
