CCTECH International Sales & Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR & Admin Executive based in Seremban to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, recruitment coordination, payroll support, and office administration. The role requires 2–4 years of HR and administrative experience and a relevant degree.
You will handle onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and ensure policies are properly communicated, while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with multiple departments.
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and people-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support the company's human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee records, recruitment coordination, payroll support, office administration, and ensuring smooth internal operations.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
Coordinate the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personal files, leave records, and HR documentation.
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, HR letters, and other relevant documentation.
Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, overtime, claims, and employee benefits administration.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and punctuality
Assist in performance management, employee engagement activities, and staff welfare initiatives
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and implemented
Manage general office administration and ensure smooth daily office operations
About you
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
2-4 years of relevant experience in HR and administration
Good knowledge of HR practices, employment policies, and administrative procedures
Experience in recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and general administration
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
Mature, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments
