Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR and administrative professional to oversee recruitment, onboarding, attendance records, and employee files for the outlet in Jalan P. Ramlee, KLCC.
You will ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and assist with contracts, visas, and foreign worker management. The role requires detail-oriented, independent workers with strong execution and problem-solving skills, working Monday to Saturday up to 45 hours/week.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday; in accordance with Malaysian labour requirements, not exceeding 45 hours per week
Salary: From RM4,000/month

Handle recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance records, employee files, and daily HR and administrative duties for the outlet.
Apply knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and assist with employment contracts, work visas, foreign worker management, and other related matters.
Implement administrative policies, coordinate employee-related matters, and provide daily administrative support.
Organise, maintain, and file accounting documents, invoices, receipts, and other supporting records.
Support the company in managing outlet employees, implementing internal policies, and improving administrative processes
