Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and HR documentation while maintaining confidentiality.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support the company’s day-to-day HR operations. This role will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll support, employee relations, HR documentation, and other HR-related matters.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant HR experience, good communication and organizational skills, and basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Handle the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, interview arrangements, and follow-ups.
Manage employee onboarding, probation, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, including employment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other employee correspondence.
Maintain and update employee records and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, medical leave, overtime, and other attendance-related matters.
Prepare and verify monthly payroll information, including salary adjustments, allowances, overtime, unpaid leave, and deductions.
Handle and ensure accurate statutory contributions and submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
Handle employee inquiries, workplace issues, disciplinary matters, and other employee relations matters professionally.
Follow up on employee probation reviews, confirmations, and performance appraisal processes.
Assist in implementing and updating HR policies, procedures, Employee Handbook, and internal HR guidelines.
Ensure HR practices and procedures comply with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
Assist in employee engagement, training, and staff development initiatives.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and data, including headcount, recruitment, attendance, and employee turnover.
Perform other HR-related duties assigned by Management.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Human Resources.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Hands‑on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory requirements.
Experience in payroll processing and HRMS will be an added advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle employee matters professionally.
Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Good problem‑solving skills and ability to handle multiple HR matters effectively.
