Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR Executive to support daily HR operations, ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, and deliver HR services across recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM, in Seksyen 13, Shah Alam.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of payroll processing and Malaysian employment legislation.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Salary Range: Up to 5,000/month.

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with employment laws, and delivering excellent HR services to employees. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR information system.
Support monthly payroll preparation by verifying attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving employee relations matters.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant labor regulations.
Coordinate staff training, engagement activities, and performance appraisal exercises.
Assist with disciplinary matters and maintain proper documentation where required.
Prepare HR reports and other administrative duties as assigned.
