Role Overview:
As the on-site HR & Admin personnel for our Malaysia office, you will be responsible for end-to-end daily HR and administrative operations. You will assist in building up local HR systems and office management workflows, support daily talent management, employee affairs and cross-office coordination between Malaysia and China HQ, ensuring stable and efficient daily business operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full spectrum of daily HR operational work for Malaysia local team
- Execute daily talent acquisition work, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, offer follow-up and onboarding arrangement to support business team recruitment demands
- Serve as the daily communication coordinator between Malaysia operations and China headquarters, responsible for daily information docking, document submission and work synchronization
- Assist in sorting out and implementing local HR policies, basic organizational management rules and daily HR workflows
- Support multicultural team daily atmosphere construction, employee onboarding, employee relations and basic culture promotion work
- Assist in applying and optimizing daily HR tools, organize employee data sorting and digital file management
- Take charge of daily office administrative affairs, including office environment maintenance, office supplies management, daily operational support and other ad-hoc admin tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of relevant HR & Admin working experience, fresh graduates with excellent competency are also considered
- Experience in startup company operation, enterprise regional expansion or cross-border company work is preferred
- Working experience in AI, technology, renewable energy or related industries is a plus
- Fluent in Chinese and English, capable of smooth cross-border communication and document work with China HQ
- Familiar with Malaysian local labor laws and local HR & administrative operation practices
- Possess strong execution ability, hands-on working style, good adaptability and team collaboration awareness
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to independently handle daily HR and administrative comprehensive work
