Job summary

e-Novate Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks a Sales Executive with hotel and travel industry experience to drive sales of Hotel Property Management Software from Kuching, Sarawak for all of Borneo. The ideal candidate understands hotel operations from front desk to back-of-house and can demonstrate software solutions professionally.

This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, with reporting to a Singapore-based entity and payment via Malaysian

Qualifications

• Hotel industry experience with front-desk, housekeeping and reservations workflows.
• Strong presentation and professional demeanor.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Mandarin-speaking candidate preferred for Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proactive in lead generation and sales pipeline management.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Eligible to work in Sarawak.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: identify hotel clients in Sarawak, Sabah and the Borneo area; build and maintain a sales pipeline; develop strategies to meet targets.
• Conduct software demonstrations for hotel clients and prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events; travel within Malaysia, Borneo or Singapore for meetings and exhibitions; maintain CRM for post-sale support.
