Job summary

EASEHUB by EASY STAY LIMITED is hiring a Business Development Executive to grow the hotel customer base across Southeast Asia from a fully remote setup in Malaysia. You will identify hotels, demo the cloud PMS, and close deals while coordinating with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong customer success.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in hospitality sales, deep knowledge of Hotel PMS solutions, and a proven ability to hit targets. English required; Chinese a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales/business development experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in Hotel PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, RMS or similar hospitality tech.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to close deals quickly and work independently.
• Local language and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Commission-driven, target-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach hotels, resorts, serviced apartments and hospitality businesses.
• Develop relationships with hotel owners, general managers and decision makers.
• Demonstrate the EaseHUB PMS solution and explain business value.
• Generate new opportunities via calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Manage sales pipeline from prospecting through contract signing.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with implementation team for smooth onboarding.
• Collect market insights and customer feedback to inform product development.
