Job summary

LBS Bina Group Berhad is seeking a Revenue Management professional in Selangor to lead forecast, pricing, and distribution strategies across hotel channels. You will optimize BAR parity, drive website bookings, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to maximize RevPAR and profitability.

The role requires strong analytics, proficiency in Excel and GA, and experience with OTA extranets and booking engines. A proactive, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Experience with hotel revenue management is preferred.
• Familiarity with OTA extranets and online distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the hotel website as a key source of bookings and revenue.
• Ensure BAR rate parity across online distribution channels.
• Manage and optimize all B2B and B2C distribution channels.
• Oversee revenue management programs to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with the DOSM to plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Review monthly room-night targets, budgets, and forecasts; take corrective actions.
• Check content accuracy on the website, channels, and third-party sites.
• Assist Sales/Reservations teams to increase website traffic and online sales.
• Use analytics to generate reports for DOSM and GM as required.
• Understand compset and optimize room allocation and rate strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, discounts, and promotions.
