Job summary

LBS Bina Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Revenue Manager for our Malaysian hotel portfolio in Selangor to optimize revenue through forecasting, pricing, and demand analysis, while coordinating with DOSM and GM. Responsibilities

Maintain and develop hotel website as a key revenue source and manage rate plans across channels.
Ensure BAR rate parity across online channels.
Manage and optimize all B2B and B2C distribution channels.
Oversee revenue management programs to maximize revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with DOSM to execute sales and marketing strategies.
Review targets, budgets, and forecasts to ensure achievement.
Analyze website content and images for accuracy across platforms.
Assist Sales and Reservations teams to increase website traffic and conversions.
Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports for DOSM and GM.
Monitor competitive set and optimize room allocation and RevPAR.
Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, and promotions.
