Job summary

HYATT HOUSE KUALA LUMPUR, MONT’KIARA is seeking an analytical Revenue Analyst to support pricing strategies, forecasting, and inventory management. You will collect, analyze, and interpret hotel revenue data to drive profitability, market share, and commercial performance, delivering accurate reporting and BI insights across the hotel.

The role collaborates with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Reservations, and Operations teams, leveraging Excel and RM systems to maximize revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Finance, Hotel Operations, or related function.
• Experience in hotel analytics, reporting, or commercial performance analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Analysis: Analyze revenue performance daily to yearly.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare revenue reports and forecasts.
• Market & Business Intelligence: Monitor pricing and market trends.
• Systems & Data Management: Ensure data accuracy across PMS, CRS, RMS.
• Collaboration: Partner with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Reservations, and Operations.
