Job summary

Pan Pacific Group is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to lead pricing and inventory strategies across all channels in Malaysia. You will analyse demand, competitor actions, and historical data to optimise room rates, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, driving profitability.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Finance to align commercial goals, monitor KPIs, and implement data-driven initiatives using PMS and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise room revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability.
• Analyse market demand, historical performance, booking pace, pickup trends, and competitor pricing to optimise rates.
• Manage room pricing, inventory, rate restrictions, and availability across all distribution channels.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, seasonal demand, and local events to support pricing strategies.
• Analyse business mix, booking patterns, and channel performance to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Manage distribution channels including direct bookings, OTAs, and GDS to optimise sales and minimise costs.
• Review revenue performance against budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance to align commercial strategies.
• Monitor key revenue performance indicators and present regular reports and insights to management.
• Support development of promotional packages and pricing initiatives in line with demand and objectives.
• Utilise revenue management systems and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making.
