YOTEL Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Revenue Manager to lead the hotel’s revenue strategy and pricing initiatives. You will work closely with the General Manager and London Central Services to maximise revenue across market segments and implement effective inventory controls.

The role emphasizes driving market share, monitoring pricing strategies, and delivering insightful yield reporting. Pre-opening experience is desirable, and local English communication is essential.

• Experience with Kuala Lumpur leisure market.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proven track record in developing and driving revenue strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive market share and revenue performance of the hotel.
• Ensure inventory development and management.
• Monitor and adjust the Sales and Pricing strategy.
• Ensure reporting and analysis of yield strategies, rooms statistics and performance trends.
• Support the overall commercial performance of the hotel to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Director of Sales to support revenue KPIs.
