Job summary

Digistar Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Revenue Executive/Manager to oversee hotel revenue across all booking channels. You will monitor room rates, occupancy, reservations, and performance, while coordinating with Front Office, Sales and Operations to optimize pricing strategies and forecast revenue.

The role requires strong analytics and relationship management to drive growth in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management, account management, revenue management or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
• Able to analyze metrics and interpret performance indicators.
• Revenue-focused mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in hospitality, travel or OTA/platform businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily room rates, occupancy, reservations and booking performance.
• Manage OTA pricing, promotions and availability across multiple platforms.
• Ensure accurate reservation details, rates, inventory and booking data.
• Oversee daily booking operations across channels and prevent overbookings.
• Analyze competitor pricing, market demand and booking trends.
• Prepare accurate daily and weekly revenue and occupancy reports.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and Operations teams.
• Support management in revenue forecasting and pricing strategies.
• Respond to urgent reservation and OTA issues during standby periods.
• Identify new revenue opportunities.
